The Forge is currently closed as we complete our move to our new home at Gorgie Farm.
Following the move, expect to be closed for the next 6 weeks as we get set up at our new home.
Please keep an eye on our social media for events, updates and volunteering opportunities at The Forge.
Membership of The Forge gives you training and access to the workshop spaces and tools during our normal opening hours. The Forge is open to people of all skill and experience levels, from complete beginners to experienced craftspeople.
Our membership fee policy is pay what you can (PWYC). The recommended payment is £10 – £15 a month, depending on your personal means and usage, but pay what you can, everyone is welcome!
Please visit the Forge during our Wednesday or Saturday open sessions for a tour and health and safety induction.
*If you are visiting as a new member, or just to look around, please come at the start of the session, if possible.
